He has worked in various settings from out-patient clinics to home/community based programs to residential settings. His private practice focuses on children, adolescents and their families challenged by the various neuro-biological conditions and their disruptions. He also consults with schools and community-based organizations. A highly-rated and seasoned national speaker, Garry presents seminars to mental health and educational professionals and does public speaking as well. His personal and professional mission has been to achieve a thorough understanding of impulsivity and its manifestations and to find a means of resolving the accompanying inner turmoil. Bridging The Chasm is the result of this relentless quest. The unique "inside-out" perspective and message he brings to his seminars is filled with resiliency and hope. That insight, perseverance in dealing with his own conditions and delightful sense of humor insure a highly informative and entertaining workshop or public speaking event.
